When you visit our website, technical data transmitted by your browser are automatically stored. These include:

These data are stored in log files by our hosting provider Easyname GmbH (Easymail) for the purpose of secure operation. Analysis is done only for error analysis and system security.
Legal basis: legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (ensuring secure operation).
Log files are usually automatically deleted after 14 days.
3. Storage of personal data (contact form)
If you send us a message via the contact form on www.moeh.at, the data you provide (e.g. name, email, message) will be processed in order to respond to your inquiry.
These data are not shared with third parties and are stored only as long as necessary.

- or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent, if given voluntarily).
4. Newsletter via Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp by The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA, to send our newsletter.
If you subscribe, your data (name, email) will be stored by Mailchimp and used to send the newsletter.
Mailchimp also processes data on servers in the USA. Transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR).
You can revoke your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing office@moeh.at.

5. Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X)
Our website may show links to or embedded content from our social media pages. When you visit these platforms, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply:
